Katie Dolejsi, Senior Branding Designer

Hello! I’m a senior brand designer focused on creating thoughtful, visually engaging experiences that connect brands with people in meaningful ways. My work spans branding, visual systems, campaign design, packaging, editorial, and digital experiences—often bringing complex ideas into clear, approachable forms.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients and industries—from food, retail, and hospitality to healthcare, technology, and civic initiatives. I’ve developed branding and campaigns for organizations including Giant Eagle, Microsoft, Philips Medical Systems, Renaissance Hotels, Waterfront Seattle, and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, along with consumer-focused brands such as Fran’s Chocolates, Choice Organic Teas, Trident Seafoods, and Banzai Sushi.

Much of my work centers around building cohesive visual systems that scale across touchpoints—whether that means packaging and retail campaigns, loyalty programs, websites, presentations, environmental graphics, or public-facing communications. I enjoy balancing strategy, storytelling, and usability to create work that feels both purposeful and human.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in-house, independently, and within highly collaborative teams alongside marketers, developers, engineers, writers, photographers, and motion designers. In both agency and freelance environments, I’ve led projects from concept through execution—guiding creative direction, presenting to stakeholders, managing production workflows and print budgets, and collaborating with copywriters, illustrators, developers, and fellow designers to bring ideas to life. I also enjoy mentoring and supporting other creatives through collaboration, feedback, and shared problem-solving.

What continues to inspire me most is the opportunity to shape experiences people encounter in everyday life—through design that informs, connects, and leaves a lasting impression.
